Search Engine Optimization sites are websites that have been optimized so that search engines love them. The sites has to provide some great content for the user who types in the keyword. If the websites base their content and their website to look like something the search engines love, then that website will get ranked high on the search engine.

When people craete websites on Google, chances are that the first task would be to get traffic to it. If the blog is a website that gets steady traffic daily then it can be monetized to sell products. A lot of people jump online trying to make money and not know how to drive traffic or make their website appeal.

The peole who do this are network marketers who are given the replicated sites that their companies give them. There sole purpose online is to make money with a website that everyone has. Now that right there is a problem and won’t be fixed unless they take the inititaive to start their own website and base it around the keywords of  the company.

So what do search engines love?

They love content, backlinks, social bookmarking, social media, good formatting, nice pictures, nice websited for their users and targeted keywords. If you have all this on your website then you can rank for any keyword. The domains have to be targeted towards the keyword and so does the whole description and title. They also want nice pictures and if choose to sell something decide to limit it to a few things. If you study search engine optimization, this will lead you into driving tons of traffic. Then you will be able to play with the big players online doing pay per click marketing.

Search Engine Optimization is a big subject to cover in one post, so I won’t be spilling out the whole set of beans here. You will just learn the basics of how it works and what you can do get quickly ranked. The whole concept with search engine marketing is to get ranked on the first page of Google, MSN and Yahoo.

The first thing you want to know is just understand how the search engines rank you. If you understand the philosphy of how Google ranks you on their search engine, you will not need to buy any products that are about search engine marketing. The only thing you will need to know is all the dirty strategies that all the guru’s know to get ahead.

The basics of serch engine marketing are basically creating sites that are relevant to the keyword. It has to be directly targeted and has to be well formatted. Google generally sends their spiders to crawl through your website to see how relevant they find you to that keyword.

“Content is king”  **Remember This**

This will always be the case when Google is looking through your information on your site, so make sure it’s really some  helpful content. Don’t jump into a subject that you know nothing about and create a bunch of garbage about it. Instead take the time to research your topic and make some good information it.

Search engines are smart and will want something that is useful. Search engines want to create a good experience for their users who search for a specific keyword. Take that information and pretend you were a search engine. The second thing I will give away is that they rank you faster if you have a sitemap created on your website. This help them index you and helps you get ranked faster.
